Abstract: Images of the scrapping of the old Raven Tinplate Works at Glanaman, showing D J Hughes and Phil Phillips, the only two working in the tinplate works in January 1949, as watchmen, while the works was being dismantled. D J Hughes had worked in the Raven Tinplate Works when it employed, with the Aman works, between 500-600 men, in the late 1920's.

Target resolution for hi-res capture was 2700dpi at original size. (35mm Frame); screen-res copies use JPG compression @ 35%; 8 bit; hi-res TIFFs in Grayscale Gamma 1.8.
